Return policy

Damaged Items

We pack your pottery very carefully to prevent breakage, and insure each package against damage or loss during shipping. In the unfortunate event where items arrive damaged, please send us an email within 24 hours of receipt to beth@bethelliottpottery.com , photograph the damaged item, and attach it to your email. If the box containing your item is also damaged, please photograph and attach that too. Please, do not forget to include your order number. After we receive your email, we will review it and refund your money within 2 weeks. You won’t have to send back the item unless asked to.

Order Cancellation

  • If you haven’t yet completed your order - you can cancel it any time by simply removing the selected items from your cart.

  • If you already completed your order and want to cancel it - please send an email immediately to beth@bethelliottpottery.com.

    • If your order hasn’t already shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase.

    • If your order has already shipped, you’ll have to wait for your order to arrive and then send it back, at your own cost. Please read the Returns section below to understand return and refund conditions.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If it isn’t what you expected or you’re not entirely pleased with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us first in an email to beth@bethelliottpottery.com .

All returns and refunds are subject to these terms and conditions:

  • Custom, made-to-order pottery is not eligible for return or refund.

  • Only items purchased from our website can be returned.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, email order confirmation).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All items must be returned in new condition. Any items that are damaged from use or general wear and tear are not returnable.

  • Returned items must be packed securely in the original boxes with the original packing materials and should be insured against damage or loss during shipment.

  • Items lost or damaged during return shipment are not refundable. In this event, it is the responsibility of the sender to file a claim with the shipping carrier and we will assist you by providing photos and any other documentation required for the claim.

  • Refunds are made within 2 weeks, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
